As a former radio journalist, Sina realised that story not only informs people – it shares the meaning of human experience in clear sight. Established for 40 years, Exxon Mobil, South Australia, employed around 350 people, and supported some 3000-5000 on the periphery. Many of them had worked with the company for 20 plus years. The phased closure and following redundancies meant that it was necessary to address many issues; emotional, psychological, practical, and professional. Sina Summers and her team provided that expertise. Sina shows a remarkable ability to work with complex personal and corporate issues.
